| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、「産後の摂生に関する助言」の世代変化と伝承の特徴を明らかにし、民間的ケアの今後の可能性を検討することである。産褥一ヶ月の健康診査に訪れた褥婦I22名（92％）に半構成面接法による調査を実施し、その実母には質問紙法による調査を行い75名（74％）から回答を得た。実母・褥婦の両世代の回答比較により以下のことが明らかになった。1．「産後の摂生に関する助言」は、両世代ともにその実母から受けたものが多く、今後も二の傾向は続くと考えられた。2．両世代ともに「休養に関する助言」を受けたものが最も多く、今後もこの助言は実施されるが、「洗髪・入浴に関する助言」は減少する可能性が大きい。3．産後の摂生に関する助言は、送り手である実母より受け手である褥婦の方が詳細に記憶しているという特徴が見られた。以上より「産後の摂生に関する助言」は、今後も実母を中心に行なわれ、褥婦のヘルスプロモーションに大きく関与していくことが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigated the generatinal change in advjce concerning the health care after childbirth, and to examine the likely direction of future changes. Subject pairs consisted of purperas returning for post natal checkup along with their mothers. Puerperas (n=122, 92%) were surveyed using a semi-structured interview, while their mothers (n=75, 74%) were surveyed by questionnaire. Comparison of information between the mothers and daughters revealed the followings:1. Both generations had received "Advice concerning heltth care after childbirth" from theirmother in most cases. This tendency is kikeky to continue in the future2. This advice most frequently contained "Advice for rest". This advice is likely to continue, but there was a high possibility that "Advice that bathing and shampooing are prohibited for a certain period after childbirth" might decrease.3. Characteristically, puerperas as the recipient remembered "Advice concerning health care after childbirth" in greater detail than their mothers as the advisor.Therefore, it was suggested that "Advice concerning health care after childbirth" would continueto be passed down mainly by mothers, and to be associated with health promotion to puerperas | |||||
