| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は, 4年次における実習報告書の質的分析から, 学生の看護観の発展過程を明らかにし, 教育課程との関連を点検・評価することである。学生より提出された実習報告書15事例を研究対象に分析を行った。分析対象となった2事例の中, 臨地実習のねらいに即して最も典型的でありかつ対象に良い変化をもたらしたと思われた1事例の分析結果より, 学生の看護観の発展過程の特徴として以下のことが明らかになった。・実習初期の段階で, 《三重の関心》を注ぐ思考のプロセスを修得していた。・実習初期の段階で, 《三重の関心》を注ぐ《訓練をする》こと, そしてその過程を《自己評価》していくこと, すなわち, 実践方法論の適用の意味に気づき, その理論を, その後の実習で意識的に活用していた。・第一の関心の注ぎかたの特徴から, 専門的知識の強化と健康な部位を含めた全人的な像の形成という課題を確認できた。・実習初期の段階で, 看護に最も必要とされる立場の変換能力を修得していた。・看護の対象を, 家族全体としてとらえるという認識が形成されていた。・情報の共有とチームによる協働が看護の質を高めるという気づきから, チーム医療の中の専門職者としての自己の位置づけを明確にしていた。以上より, 実習初期の段階で, 看護を展開する技術論としての実践方法論の意識的活用を促すことと自己評価能力を高める実習・授業展開が重要であるとの示唆を得た。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, a senior student's clinical practicum report was analyzed by scientific abstraction to evaluate the curriculum and the developmental process of student's recognition as a nurse through clinical practcum was made clear. One student's report was chosen out of 15 reports because of the representation refereed to the objective of the clinical practicum. The results are as follows : 1. Early in the practicum, the student already developed the threefold interest thinking process (through former lectures). 2. Early in the practicum, the student also realized the need for such an approach and began disciplining themselves to this approach. 3. Holistic nursing practices coupled with specialized knowledge helped strengthen the student for their case management of their client's health and well-being. 4. Early in the practicum, students learned "the power of throwing oneself into other's (clients and family members) feelings." 5. Student's realization of nursing not for clients only, but for the client and family as well. 6. An acute awareness of the professional level of recognition that they must acquire in the future to become competent nurses. | |||||
