| 内容記述 | 本研究は, 「看護学の学的方法論の要は, 看護現象がどのような矛盾をはらんでいるかを抽き出す科学的抽象にある」ということを見出した自己の研究を発展させ, 看護現象に内在する矛盾を科学的抽象の方法を用いて抽き出し構造化することによって, 看護の対象に発生している問題を明確にできると同時に, その解決の方向性を導き出せることを検証することを目的とした。研究対象には, 単純に見える看護現象の中に複雑な構造がかくされていて, 一般的な対処行動では問題解決に至らないと思われた看護現象のうち, 汎用性が高いと思われる事例を選定した。研究方法は, まず, とりあげた看護現象を, 事象の連関をたどりながら看護の原基形態に沿って看護現象が想起できるように再構成した。次いで, その看護現象における看護者の認識の性質と, 看護現象に内在する矛盾とその構造を, 科学的抽象の方法を用いて抽き出した。さらに, 矛盾の性質に沿って解決の方向性を導き出し, これが看護の方向性として支持し得るかどうかを検討した。これによって以下を検証できた。看護現象を矛盾の複合体という観点からみつめて事象の連関をたどり, 看護の対象に発生している根本矛盾と主要矛盾の構造化をはかれば, 看護上の問題の全体構造とその性質が明らかとなり, 矛盾の性質に沿った解決の方向性を看護の方向性として位置づけることができる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study verifies both situational problems and the direction of solutions in nursing phenomena can be shown by structurizing contradictions. The definition of contradiction here includes conflicts such as the relationship of normal cells and cancer cells, and complementary essentials such as the relationship of dietary intake and excretion. In this study a case is examined which was thought to be highly applicable in nursing phenomena. It appears to be superficially simple and easily solved but it is instead complicated in structure and not easily solved by coping with them generally. The method of this study is as follows ; first, a case is selected on its ability to be traced and the relation of nursing phenomena is recorded. Next, the understanding of nursing staff and contradictions in nursing phenomena and their structures are deduced using the scientific abstract method. Finally, directions of solutions are found out following the nature of each contradiction and are examined to see if they are supported or not for the direction of nursing. As a result, the following is verified ; 1. the nature and entire structure of nursing problems are brought to light in the following procedure ; the relation of nursing phenomena is traced from the viewpoint which nursing phenomena are complexes of contradictions, and fundamental contradiction and principal contradiction are abstracted 2.
