| 内容記述 | 本研究は,本学の普遍科目「自然界と看護」の科目群に位置付けられる「宇宙地球科学」の教育内容がどのように看護に結びつくのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。研究対象は,某病院で行った医療・看護実践業務の観察研修で得たことから,学生に教育すべきものとして導き出した内容である。研究素材は,研修で得た内容を表にし,患者向け媒体の一部を資料化したものである。これらを,最初に現象的・事実的に把え返し,次に歴史的・論理的に把え返すという2段階で分析した。分析のプロセスでは,人工透析過程のケアを,「生体と環境との統一」という「自然界と看護」の科目群の一般性から体系的に把握し,また,腎臓とは何かを,「宇宙地球科学」の柱である自然の歴史から把えることで,腎臓を病む患者へのケアを体系的に把握した。この結果,「宇宙地球科学」で説く自然の歴史が,対象の誕生過程から対象の存在理由を明らかにし,対象の一般性を把え,対象の構造を体系的に把握する上で重要であることが明らかとなった。以上より,「宇宙地球科学」は,看護の対象である人間を体系的に把握する為の理論的基盤となる講義として位置付けられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to determine the appropriateness of a General Educational Course called "Natural World & Nursing" offered at a prefectural nursing university in Japan. Educational content extracted from observation and consideration for the medical and nursing proceses in a hospital was investigated. Data was collected in observations and excerpts from dialysis patients. This data was then presented in table forms for easier analysis. Analysis procedures followed a two step format: 1. Realization of care points along phenomena and facts in the tables. 2. Analyzation of materials from a natural and human historical viewpoint through the instruction of the "Space & Earth Science" course as well as other lectures in the "Natural World & Nursing" courses. Care points on the process of dialysis are systematized in a frame of reference that supports a "Unification of Life & Environment" theory. Kidneys and their diseases are viewed referring to natural occurring histological events in certain persons' lives. Necessary conditions for the recovery of these given persons are discussed. The establishment of this natural history taught in the "Space & Earth Science" course offers a theoretical foundation for grasping general rules of nature and to fully understand the structures of nature and illness systematically. In conclusion, "Space & Earth Science" offers a theoretical and systematic foundation of the natural history of humans who need nursing intervention. | |||||
